Level 4 - Lead Arborist
Level 4 Crew Leader Arborist — Bay of Plenty
Ash & Oak Arborists are looking for a qualified Crew Leader Arborist to join our team in the Eastern Bay of Plenty. We're a small-to-medium professional arborist company working across commercial, rural and residential clients, so the job offers genuine variety.

Our yard is well equipped with a workshop, digger, chippers, tracked chippers, trucks, loaders, bobcats, crane tractors and large chippers — all well maintained and set up for efficient work.
We're based about 35 minutes from Ōhope Beach and around an hour from Tauranga. At Ash & Oak we focus on team culture, safety, and giving people the opportunity to grow in the industry.
Essential skills and qualifications

Level 4 Arboriculture qualification (or equivalent)

Class 2 licence (essential)

Minimum 3 years as a Level 4 qualified arborist with relevant experience

Honest and reliable attitude

Willing to work in the interest of the company and team, including after-hours and storm-damage callout availability
Remuneration and conditions

Good remuneration relative to the position and region

Company vehicle fully paid for, to and from your place of residence, plus other commercial tasks that may require a ute

Gear allowance
-
Minimum 4-day week

Climbing Arborist Position
